Dined solo at Joe's Stone Crab in the Forum Shops at Caesars while in Vegas for work, and the experience was fantastic! The wait staff was incredibly attentive, making dining alone feel comfortable. Being on keto, I usually struggle with menu options, but my waiter (a former keto-dieter) offered great suggestions. The broccolini (not pictured) was hands-down the best I've ever had at a restaurant. Plus, they take the lobster out of the shell table-side--saving me from any accidental food flinging!

The lamb chops were amazing!! The service was great and the wait time wasn't long for us to be seated.

Quality/Quantity - Complimentary Bread - Today the pretzel bread was my favorite; I was craving that salt. Our usual Oysters Rockefeller - Always good, but today it was perfectly done! Baked perfectly and with the perfect proportions of oyster, cheese, etc. King Crab Linguini - Both my buddy and I got the same dish. I was really hoping to get my "wife's" usual seafood pasta, see previous review. And today we got a bottle of one of my favorite NZ Sauvignon Blanc, see picture. Atmosphere - Indoor and "outdoor" seating. Bar, table top, booth, standard table seating. Open 7 days a week from 11:30pm to 9pm or 10pm. Service - Brian was very good today. Professional and checked on us often. Hard working; he had a large section today, maybe the entire "outdoor" seating...? Price - $236 + generous tip. Owner Comment - Congrats on all your success. I have watched you grow to 120+ locations. And I frequent all your locations in the LV area; keep up the good work!! Did you update your website...? It looks great!

First time I've tried Stone Crab claws and was definitely worth it. Recommend reservations because it looks like this place is always busy. Great choice for a a special occasion. Service was excellent and be careful ordering side dishes because they come in huge portions like the onion strings and grilled tomatoes. Sea Bass and King Crab Pasta was some of the best seafood I've had on the Strip and key lime pie was scrumptious.

Came here for dinner with a group of 10 people. We were able to get separate checks which was great! Our server was Michael Y and he did an amazing job. I had the Filet Oscar, the steak had good char on it and it was delicious but it was a small serving size for the price. Spouse got the Branzino which he liked. We got a side of Brussel sprouts to share and a small slice of key lime pie which was excellent. The restaurant is a little dark and prices are high so be prepared!

We went for my nieces birthday. We had reservations for 6 before going to the first night of the Eagles concert at the sphere. We were seated at a cozy couch table in a corner so the noise level was great. We all ordered cocktails and then decided on dinner. As those who follow me know , I do not eat seafood but everyone else does. My hubby, niece and nephew decided on individual plates of stone crab with several sides: roasted brussel sprouts, green tomatoes and roasted corn. I had a petite filet with a Caesar salad. Everything was delicious. I tried the stone crab it was not fishy at all. My filet was prepared perfectly and well seasoned. They brought my nieces a gluten free dessert for her birthday , which we all shared. It is on the expensive side. But ..... We would definitely return.

The is absolutely my favorite steakhouse in Las Vegas. I have been going here for more than a decade and it never disappoints. My choices are pretty consistent. I start with the coleslaw salad that is mixed table side and always includes the freshest tomatoes. When available, my main is the 24oz Dry Aged Ribeye. You won't find this on the main menu but look at the specials menu as it will be there when they have it. This is perfectly aged and cooked with a Smokey flavor. I pair this with the onions strings and corn. Finally, for dessert, the banana cream pie is so delightful and the best on the list of great after dinner sweets. Service is always second to none. Prompt, friendly and always great recommendations for wine pairings.

We were given the opportunity to attend a work dinner on Tuesday night. Reservation was made in a separate room with multiple tables for the guests, along with a projector screen and podium for the presenter. The setting was professional and the sound quality was good. Fried Calamari | The fried squid was crispy and cooked well, without being too rubbery. Shrimp de Jonghe | The shrimp was garlicky with a slight crisp from the breadcrumbs. Spinach Stuffed Mushrooms | Our favorite appetizer! It is extremely creamy, flavorful, and loaded to the brim. Salmon Au Poivre | Generous serving of salmon. Cooked perfectly and flaked off easily. Jennie's Mashed Potatoes | The creamy mashed was topped with golden crusted breadcrumbs, which added a good texture. Steamed Asparagus | Each stalk was firm, yet soft. It came with some kind if lemon sauce that complemented the asparagus well. Key Lime Pie | The custard part was a bit too sweet. The graham crust was not too bad. Service: The main server who guided us through the ordering process and the process of serving was very entertaining and hilarious. LOL. The other servers also provided excellent service. The food was quickly and accurately prepared. Parking: Caesar's Palace. FREE for the first 3 hours with a valid NV ID. Otherwise, $20 from Monday to Wednesday and $25 from Thursday to Sunday. (As of August 2024)

We had an amazing and fulfilling lunch today. This isn't our first time and as I recall eating here over the years this is my first review. Their foods are great and their service was just as great too. Didn't know until walking back that I noticed this restaurant is much larger than I thought. Highly recommended restaurant.

WSOP Day 39 - The Main Event, Day 1c - Degen energy reaching a crescendo in the 10/20/40+ cash game streets. Once again, one meal for the day. Fuel up! Yes, they have stone crabs. Yes, they are very meaty (vs stringy), plump, sweet, and ungodly good with the classic mustard BUT stone crab season is October 15 - May 1. Freezing, ice crystals breaking down cellular membranes , desiccation; you're paying serious money, don't you want the best? Wait for the season to start. Instead, get the colossal lump crab cake. Zero fillers, loaded with big chunks of crab. A perfect example of what a crab cake should be. One as a starter for $26.95, two as an entree for $52.95. Do also consider the giant Madagascar shrimp. Sold by the each, simply grilled head on and served with an outstanding key lime aioli that accentuates the sweetness of the thick shrimp. The head fat, all kinds of creamy, oceanic goodness. Two standout salads, the king crab Louis and old school favorite and the seafood chopped salad with crab, lobster and shrimp. Both hearty with the right amount of perfectly cooked seafood adorning them. Share a couple if only to say you ate your veggies. The steaks, solid (and offered at a great price, lower than most mid tier steakhouses). USDA Prime, dry aged. Lots of bone in cuts. Well trimmed with outstanding sear. Cooked to temp. Both the bone in rib and porterhouse beefy in all the right ways. Though normally not a fan of sauces on a steak, do consider having one finished with their old school king crab Oscar. Buttery chunks of king crab in béarnaise that adds great richness epically if having a less flavorful cut like a filet. Throw in some steamed jumbo asparagus and a few giant grilled tomatoes for good measure and all is right. Finally, do save room for a great key lime pie and a baked sweet potato with praline pecan butter (a entree side). Well chosen wine list. Reasonable resort markup. Steakhouse proper, very friendly service. 30+ visits across the years. Consistently solid.
